Happy February

Morning, everyone! Brian here, and it’s the start of February, which means it’s time for a fresh batch of leaflets. We’re spreading the love with our Valentine’s-themed A5 leaflets around my home village and Troon. Keep an eye out for me as I hand them out this week—don’t be shy to wave and say hello! It’s been a productive Sunday morning, and I’ve already spent an hour and a half distributing leaflets. Exciting news: I’ve received several leads for properties on Fail Ave and Monteith Walk in Shotts. With interested buyers lined up, I’ll be diving into calls to arrange viewings and assess buyer positions. If you see me out and about, feel free to stop for a chat.
